Tonight I was host for my church’s Friday night home vespers. We don’t have a very large group, but the core members are very faithful, and it is a pleasure to be involved in it.
While trying to decide what the evening’s program would be, I remembered that I had once been part of a Bible study that delved deeply into a particular passage of Scripture. We actually spent a whole hour just discussing the first verse. So I decided to try that tonight. The passage of choice was Romans 1.
